Customer Service Officers ensure all enquiries, reception tasks, sales, customer service and administration are professionally handled. This position is also responsible for maintaining administration databases and providing assistance as directed by Management.

Full-time and casual positions available.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the telephone
Provide a positive experience for all patrons
Respond to all phone and email enquiries in a timely manner
Process new memberships and maintain membership database
Perform all clerical tasks related to maintaining the operation of reception and administration duties

To be successful in this role you will possess:

Current driver's license, desirable
Relevant experience in administration and/or customer service
The ability to maintain rapport with persons from all levels within the organisation

Candidates must show high levels of communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be required to work within and support our values of Honesty, Respect, Care and Responsibility.
